How can you tell that May is here? Because a Mother’s Day Card Display is the first think you come across when you enter any store. It always gives me a sense of panic – is Mother’s day next weekend? As I reach for my phone to check the date. Luckily we have some time before the day arrives, which works out well for me because most of my Mother’s Day cards need to hitch a ride in the mail. I drew up this cute floral card during today’s nap time – what do you think? I wanted it to be be easy and floral and give you or your little one the opportunity to color it in (if you feel like, I think it looks ok as black and white too). I printed mine on card stock, but you could use any paper that fits in the printer. I used Prismacolor Pencils to color, they really are the best for drawing on dark backgrounds like the kraft paper I choose for one of my prints. When the little one gets up I plan on having her color in the rest!
